"What would Allah get by punishing you, if you have thanked and have believed in Him. And Allah is Appreciating, All knowing." (QS. An-Nisa: 147)
What will Allah swt get out of punishing you? He doesn’t even want to punish you, wallahi Allah mercy is just too great that he’s even telling us that he doesn’t want that. So blame yourself for the sins you do. How can you expect Jannah if you are not even doing the basics?
